Track try-outs are FINALLY over!

Well, after a couple months of track training and about a month of try-outs, the final roster was posted Monday and I made the track team! However, I probably won't be able to compete for a while because I want to pole vault....and well I kind of have to learn first :P and the coach isn't there very often. So yeah, it might be a while until I learn and I probably wont be very good at first anyway :P But anyway I just thought I might share that in case any one was wondering how everything went.

Latin Sector Women's Day!

Hey everyone! Hope you've all had a great month. Our Latin Sector Women's Day is scheduled for next month. I'm very excited about that and hope we can have a great time. I would like to ask for your prayers for this upcoming event. Especially since it might be a little difficult getting other teens to go because of the price. Hopefully, that won't cause much of a problem, however, and many can be impacted by God's word.

Crazy Quadruple!

So on Saturday, Feb 20th April, Justine, Nicole, Drew, Frankie, Kevin Sewell, Amelia, and I had an AWESOME quadruple date :]
We kicked off the night by serving the girls Spinach Artichoke Dip with Sourdough slices of fresh baked bread. This was followed by a creamy chicken and fettuccine along with the most amazing tri-tip roast that was BURSTING with flavor! O:
Finally, we ended this home-cooked meal with our very own hand-made donuts with sweet powdered sugar and syrupy chocolate that covered these rings of goodness (:
Even though we weren't able to go bowling like we had originally planned, we were able to have an amazing time of fellowship and even a little bit of self-discovery as we talked about our personality - whether we were a reflective or process thinker and how that effected the way that we interact with people.
We also had Boba (April had never had one and I promised she would try one by the night's end) and played games together (:

All in all, it was just a night full of amazing food, awesome sisters, and a LOT of fellowship :D what more could you ask for?

Winter Retreat: Finding the missing piece, bonding times, snow play, meals together, sportin the new sweat shirts, fun at the dance, convictions built, prayers prayed, road trip- drivin to Palm Springs...LOL, love, and of course the LORD. 

These memories are forever imprinted in my heart. Teen Ministry Rocks my Socks!!!!...hahaha//(inside thing). : P

Football TOURNEY...

Its been a few weeks...BUT...I wanted to encourage the fellaz for doin a gr8 job representin for the region at the tournament...and the ladies for their gr8 support as usual!!!  In all humility...OUR REGION IS SUPA FLY!!!!!! Jus sayin : ) LOVE Ya'll

well, i believe that this year has been both challenging AND encouraging in various ways. The numerous amount of baptisms have been inspiring to see and hear about, as well as the many teens who are studying the Bible. God is working in so many ways in my life and in others. Even though there are different challenges that I am facing I just wanted to share that I am GLAD that I can struggle but still have God as my strength, a pleasure that so few get to enjoy

hello guys, guess what! my friend Sebastian, the one i invited to church had his first study on Sunday he is so excited and i am too because this would be my first person that i baptize if he finishes, but God will soften his heart. so pray for him you guys and thanks. ☻
